What Is SmartGoals?

Interactive Training Method
SmartGoals is an interactive training method that works with light signals. The lit up SmartGoals are the targets. Run, dribble, or shoot a ball through a lit up SmartGoal and the light will jump to another SmartGoal. Train awareness, reaction, agility and team play in dynamically changing game situations. Challenging and fun for all levels.

Data collection and managing data becomes more important in many sports. The SmartGoals keep track of how fast you are and how many scores are made. Fun as a competitive element during training sessions; who gets the highest score? But especially valuable as a performance system to do sprint tests, agility tests, passing accuracy tests, etc. Compare the results with yourself and with others and improve every day.

SmartGoals has a growing online database and in-App database with over a 100+ filmed exercises suited for different sports: football, fieldhockey, fitness/physiotherapy, athletics and physical education.

How Does SmartGoals Work?

You can score in every SmartGoals that lights up. Scoring can be done by running, shooting, dribbling, skateboarding, wheel chairing etc. through the SmartGoal that lights up. After a score a new random SmartGoal will light up and that is the new target. This change in target creates a continuous challenge to score as fast as possible for players at every level and in different types of exercises. SmartGoals creates dynamic and fun exercises and you will encounter a feeling of success every time you score a goal.

SmartGoals Hockey Training

SmartGoals Hockey is an interactive training system in which normal goals have been transformed into SmartGoals that light up. This light will jump to a new random SmartGoal when a player dribbles, runs or passes through it. This allows you to train dynamic, unexpected and real competitive situations in a fun way! The SmartGoals provide an extra experience in training including awareness, split vision, speed of action, team work and keeping an overview. These aspects are of crucial importance in contemporary hockey.

We have also developed a training platform. Here are about 100 different training forms with SmartGoals. The training courses are divided into different training goals such as warm-up, moves & skills, fitness, finishing, positional play and games.
